What Will AI Mean for Every Day in 2021? [You are Already using It]

AI is coming, and it’s going to change everything. We need to start thinking about how we can prepare for this change now.

I’m a programmer at one of the top AI R&D Firms, and I spend my day building AI/ML systems that help people answer their questions faster than ever before possible. But as AI has advanced in recent years, there have been some other changes too – like the way we use technology on a daily basis.

It used to be that you would only interact with your computer through typing commands or clicking buttons on the screen of your phone or laptop. But now there are computers inside phones and cars, controlling home security systems, playing games with children – even telling jokes! Today I’ll give you an overview of what these new technologies mean

What will AI mean for every day in 2021? The answer to this question is not easy, but it’s important. Whether you’re a healthcare provider, an educator, or a business owner – AI has the potential to affect your daily life. It’s important that we start thinking about how it could change our world and what we can do now to prepare. In this blog post, we’ll talk about why you should be paying attention to AI and how you can use technology like Machine Learning today!

What is Artificial Intelligence?

Artificial Intelligence, or AI, is the ability of a computer to perform tasks that would normally require human intelligence. It’s basically an attempt for computers and other machines to mimic humans in their behavior. Why is it so important? Because as we move further into this digital age and more businesses become automated – there will be less need for traditional jobs like truck drivers or accountants. This means that society has yet another reason not only to prepare itself but also to rethink what career paths are available.

How is AI used in Automation?

AI can be used in many ways to help streamline and automate processes. For example, when you go online to order something from a company like Amazon or Walmart – that is just one way AI has been implemented into your life. As humans, we’re usually pretty indecisive about what we want to buy even with the best available options; but computers are perfect decision-makers! Why? Because they don’t get bored of looking at reviews, flicking through price tags, or moving left right up down on their phone screen until they find exactly what they were after all along. They simply have access to every answer out there because it’s connected directly to them via the internet.

Why does this matter?

If you’re a business owner – it means that workers may no longer need to come into your store in order to make their purchases. Why bother going through the effort of hiring cashiers and keeping products on shelves when technology can do all of those things for you with very little oversight or care required?

If there are fewer jobs available, what will happen to school children who grow up not knowing how important it is to go out and get an education? Although we cannot predict exactly how much automation will impact our day-to-day lives; one thing’s for sure – knowledge IS power!

How is AI used in Education?

One way AI is already being used in education, for example, is to help students learn a new language. By using technology like IBM Watson Explorer – teachers can teach their students about the basics of foreign languages and allow them to practice with each other on an app rather than just listening or reading from a book.

Using AI powered Mobile phone App for Learning

Why? Because it makes learning fun! Students love coming into class excited because they’re able to use something familiar (like apps) but also get the chance to try out something new that they may not have ever tried before during non-classroom hours. Why should this matter? It matters because if we want young kids today to be prepared for tomorrow’s workforce then giving them as many opportunities as possible will make sure that happens. Why not use technology to make learning more fun, accessible and engaging?

How is AI used in Hospitals?

Another way AI is being used in hospitals today is to help physicians and nurses make better diagnoses. Why? Because doctors can’t be everywhere at once – but computers can! By using Machine Learning technology, medical professionals are able to consult with a machine that will give them insight into the diagnosis of signs and symptoms they might not have known how to uncover on their own.

The world of medicine is changing because now there’s a machine that can offer up more information than one doctor ever could alone.

Why does this matter?

Because AI offers the ability to access insights from reams and reams of data in order to help medical professionals make better decisions faster – no humans required!

Another way AI is being used in medicine today is to help perform surgery. Machines are much more precise than humans when it comes to cutting into the human body (for example). Why should this matter? It matters because if we can cut down on medical errors and make sure that people who need operations have access, then everyone wins!

How is AI used in Manufacturing?

AI is also being used today in manufacturing by making the process more efficient and cost-effective for businesses. For example, when a factory needs things like bolts or widgets they send out a request for them; but with machines that are able to think – these requests must go through software first so everything runs smoothly without any unnecessary delay.

Machines can think like people now – and they’re able to communicate with each other in ways we never thought possible. It matters because if businesses are constantly wasting time waiting on orders that could have been done faster; then it means less profit for them. Why not use technology to make manufacturing more efficient and effective?

How is AI used in Hotel?

One way AI is being used in hotels today is to help guests find their rooms when they arrive. Why? Because now machines can think like people and that means humans won’t have to do everything themselves! Why bother having a front desk worker if you could just program the computer itself to greet visitors, check them into a room via facial recognition software and guide them where they need to go?

For example, let’s say somebody visits your hotel after it has been raining outside; instead of making this person stand around for hours while an employee helps every other guest who comes up – why not make it so self-checkout capabilities are available (thanks to machine learning) through the app on someone’s phone? Why should this matter? It matters because if humans are able to focus on more important things that make them happy and satisfied then it will be a much better business atmosphere.

How is AI used in Transportation Industry?

Another way AI is being used in transportation right now is by making ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft even better than ever! Why? Because with machine learning, computers can learn how to work together as one rather than just doing their own thing – meaning people using these types of apps won’t have any problems getting picked up when they need somebody else’s help. For example, let’s say you’re trying to get from Point A (wherever you are) all the way over to Point B (which is very far away); but you don’t have a car or any other form of transportation to assist you. Why not request an Uber and let the computer do all the work? Why does this matter? It matters because if people are constantly having issues with ride-sharing services then they’re going to stop using these apps and that means less money for the companies.

AI is a critical technology required to realize autonomous driving. The extreme compute performance required for an autonomous vehicle based on AI requires an innovative memory and storage system to process and hold the vast amount of data necessary for a computer to make decisions like a human. This means that there needs to be enough onboard processing power, fast response times, high bandwidths, low latency, and large memory capacities – something that’s not possible with current technologies. That’s why companies are investing heavily in new types of non-volatile memories such as Phase Change Memory (PCM) which has been adopted by Audi because it can bridge the gap between DRAM-like speed characteristics needed from processors yet provide more stable long-term retention capabilities typically offered only by flash.

The future of self-driving cars is AI, according to Audi. Driving a car by yourself may soon be a thing of the past. Autonomous cars are becoming more common on roads and showrooms as they have now been approved in many states for road use. The extreme compute performance required for an autonomous vehicle based on AI requires an innovative memory and storage system to process and hold the vast amount of data necessary for a computer to make decisions like a human.

What will AI mean in 2021 & 2022

AI is very important in 2021 and 2022 because it’s making lives easier, better, and happier for everyone! Why should we care about technology when our own personal lives could be changing forever thanks to one small thing – such as artificial intelligence? All you need to do is look around your house at all the different devices being used today (as well as what you have on your body) then how much further advanced everything would be if we didn’t have AI.

In just a few years, we’ll see AI everywhere – from our homes, hospitals, and factories; even hotels, restaurants, and of course transportation businesses!
